- Switch off social media for 24-48 hours. This may be a challenge but you need to push through it. You’ll come back refreshed and more grounded.
- Create a morning routine – how you start your day matters. This can include visualisation, meditation, exercise, 20 min of practicing your instrument, etc. If you don’t like routine, just write 3 daily non-negotiables and ensure you do them at some stage each day.

- Visualise or write out your goals in detail. Break them down into 6 month, 1 year goals and 5 year goals – whatever you resonate with. You can even do a vision board if you’re more of a visual person.
